Leave your details. Within 24 hours our team contacts you to agree your date and sends you a secure payment link. You then receive a short medical questionnaire that a RETO clinician reviews before your visit.
How do I pay?
In full and in advance, through the secure payment link our team sends you once your date is agreed.
Can I cancel or change my date?
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our Terms of Service. If your plans change, tell our team as early as you can.
Do I have to travel to Miami?
The assessment and clinical protocols are delivered in person at our Miami clinic, 999 Brickell Ave, Suite 520. The assessment itself is a single 90-minute visit, and many clients fly in for it; our concierge helps with logistics. Follow-up and retests can be coordinated remotely between visits.
How long is the protocol?
The assessment is a single 90-minute visit. The protocol runs continuously, building across seven pillars: nutrition, exercise, psychology, medicine, technology, habits and sleep. Scheduled retests every quarter show your progress.
Do I need to fast?
Yes. Come having fasted for 6 hours before your blood draw.
